Bags, Parts & Accessories orders:
Thursday 19th December

Extended Returns:
Items purchased online between the 15th November 2019 and 26th December 2019, can be returned until the 31st January 2020, as long as they follow the Returns Terms and Conditions, available here.

Closed for Christmas:
The Brompton warehouse in Singapore is closed on 24th, 25th, 31st of December and the 1st of January.

*Please be aware that while we can guarantee delivery to your chosen store, prior to December 24th, we are unable to guarantee that your chosen Brompton dealer will be able to arrange the pre delivery inspection and collection prior to December 24th. For this reason we do recommend discussing this with your local Brompton dealer, prior to making your purchase, and do recommend that purchases are made as early as possible in order to reduce the risk of any disappointment.

Brompton offers you a FREE convenient and premium delivery service in Singapore.

All orders will be processed within 3 working days. Please note that we are closed over the weekends and on Bank Holidays.

For bike orders you can choose between the following options:

- Home delivery: you will be contacted to arrange a convenient day / time to deliver your order. Our Mobile Mechanic will inspect and set up the bike upon delivery and explain everything you need to know about your new Brompton.

- Click & Collect: choose a convenient collection store from our authorised dealers (link to Find a Store). They will contact you as soon as your bike is ready for collection and provide you all the support you need regarding your order.

For parts and accessories:
- Home delivery: orders are delivered to your address Free of Charge. By entering your email or phone number as part of the checkout process we will add these to the tracking information.


Brompton is committed to quality; if our products have failed you in any way, please return them and we will either exchange them or give you your money back. If the product is faulty or has arrived damaged, we will reimburse the cost of return postage. Unwanted items may be returned within 14 days at your cost. 

For all home deliveries and Click and Collect orders, all products (including bikes) must be returned in an unused and resellable condition, to organise this please contact us via email and await instructions.
