The Prize Draw (“Draw”) is promoted by Brompton Bicycle Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“Brompton”).

 

1. The prize is one (1) Brompton 1975 Edition Marketing Bike, including 2x accessories.

2. The marketing bike is signed by Brompton CEO Will Butler-Adams and ridden by influencer Constance Lau.

3. This is not a serialized “Bike 1 of 1975.”

4. Only one (1) winner will be selected.

 

1. Open to individuals aged 18 years and above at the time of entry.

2. Participants must complete a G Line test ride during the entry period (see below).

3. Employees, agents, officers, directors of Brompton (or its subsidiaries), and their immediate families are not eligible.

4. Only residents of Singapore are eligible.

 

1. Entry is open from 1 September to 31 December (inclusive), Singapore Time.

2. To enter: complete a G Line test ride during this period, and register by providing required personal details (name, contact, refer to G Line test ride.) per the entry method specified by Brompton.

3. Only one (1) entry per person. Multiple test rides do not grant extra entries unless specifically allowed.

 

1. Winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries after the entry period ends.

2. The draw will take place in mid-January, date to be specified, and winner will be notified within seven (7) days after the draw.

 

1. The winner will be contacted via the contact details provided during entry. The winner must respond and accept the prize within 14 days of notification. We will share winner on Brompton Singapore social media accounts.

2. Brompton will arrange delivery of the prize to an address in Singapore, or as otherwise agreed. The winner must provide correct and complete delivery details.

3. Delivery timeframe: up to 28 days from acceptance (unless otherwise stated).

 

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Brompton reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value if necessary.

 

1. Brompton reserves the right to disqualify any entry which is incomplete, fraudulent, or does not meet these Terms.

2. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or does not meet eligibility criteria, Brompton may select another winner in the same manner.

 

1. This Draw is a Trade Promotion Game under the Gambling Control Act 2022 and the Gambling Regulatory Authority (GRA) class-licence regime. Brompton confirms that it meets all the conditions under the Trade Promotion Games of Chance & Lotteries — Class Licence Order.

2. Winner will be notified within seven (7) days after the draw. Prize distribution will occur without undue delay.

3. Brompton will keep accurate records of the draw, prize distribution, and any unclaimed prize(s) for at least five (5) years.

 

1. By entering, participants consent to Brompton collecting, using, disclosing their personal data for the purpose of administering this Draw.

2. Data will be handled in accordance with Brompton’s Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore.

3. Winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, photograph for publicity purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

 

1. Brompton is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by the winner or entrants in taking up the prize, except where caused by Brompton’s negligence.

2. Entrants release Brompton and its agents from any liability associated with the Draw or prize acceptance/use to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

Brompton reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify the Draw or its Terms at any time if fraud, technical failure, or other reason beyond Brompton’s reasonable control occurs.

 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.

 

1. Entrants agree to be bound by these terms by entering.

2. In case any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force and effect.
