Brompton is committed to quality; Purchases from Brompton.com may be returned within 28 days. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, you will need to send them to us and we will  give you a refund. Please note: We only accept returns on unused items.

If the product arrives faulty or arrived damaged, we will reimburse the cost of return postage.

Unwanted items are returned at your own expense and should be sent by recorded delivery. We are unable to provide a refund for items which are lost or damaged in transit. In Singapore you can also return items to the Brompton Junction. 

To return an item by post or via Junction, please fill this form, and our Customer Service team will be in touch within 3 working days
